A pair of trousers by british designer jasper conran. Made in the 1980s, they have a thick, self fabric waistband, metal zip opening at the sideseam, and extreme shape that balloons slightly through the thigh and then tapers dramatically to the hem. The trousers have been produced in grosgrain, a fine, tightly woven corded material with a slight sheen, often seen as ribbon but rarely seen (these days anyway) as a fabric for full garments.
The trousers are in good condition, with a few small marks (see pictures)
